By accessing or using Pundaze ("the Game," "we," "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Pundaze.

1. Use of the Service

Pundaze is a daily puzzle game where users guess words or phrases based on images.
You must be 13 years or older to use this game.
You may not use Pundaze for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You may create an account for enhanced features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
If you purchase paid features, you must maintain a valid payment method and keep your billing details current.
Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the game unfairly (e.g., hacking, cheating, or bot usage) is prohibited.

All content in the game, including images, designs, and puzzles, is owned by Pundaze or licensed appropriately.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify Pundaze's content without permission.

Premium Access. Certain features (e.g., the full Archive and premium-only puzzles) require a paid subscription (“Premium”).
Billing & Renewal. Subscriptions bill in advance and auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time in the app; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Trials & Promotions. If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.
Pricing Changes. We may change pricing; we’ll notify you in advance and changes apply on your next renewal.
No Transfers/Sharing. Premium is for one individual account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Taxes. Prices may exclude taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Pundaze does not store full payment card numbers.
Advertising. There are no ads for users at this time. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update these Terms and provide notice before changes that materially affect your experience.

Pundaze is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any game interruptions, bugs, or inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of Pundaze at any time without notice.

Any disputes related to Pundaze will be governed by the laws of Arlington, Virginia, USA.
Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration rather than lawsuits.
